Caroline MacDonald is the founder of Coastal Valuation Group, an independent real estate appraisal firm serving Nova Scotia. She earned her Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada after training under some of the country's leading appraisers in Toronto, Ottawa and Halifax, then brought that experience home.

Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Caroline knows first-hand what makes this province special, from ocean-front homes to rural properties and everything between.
